NJV begins by walking the property with the homeowner, understanding the wishlist, identifying likes and dislikes, and evaluating the conditions that may affect the project. A paid design agreement is then prepared for the creation of the full landscape plan.

The homeowner owns the completed plan, and one round of revisions is included.

Yes. NJV can evaluate and redesign outdated underground drainage systems, correct standing water, improve grading, address erosion, and incorporate proper drainage into retaining-wall projects.

Does NJV install paver and travertine driveways, walkways, and retaining walls?

Yes. NJV installs premium paver and travertine driveways and walkways, as well as flagstone, gravel, patios, concrete-block retaining walls, and natural-rock retaining walls. NJV does not install poured-concrete driveways.
